Below is a quick schedule break down of any day at our camp.

Camp hours: 8:45am-2:45pm
8:00am Early drop off ( if requested )
8:45am Check in/ Registration
9:10-9:30am Stretching and warm up
We prepare kids body for a long day in the gym and teach them proper stretching and warm up. The warm up will also include some fitness activation drills for a better preparation.
9:30-11:45am Basketball skill work
We will brake all our campers in to small groups depending on their age and Basketball skills to increase improvement. During the next couple hours, each group will go through a total of 6 stations. Players will work on individual skill development and physical activities such as dribbling, passing, shooting and agility drills using different tools and basketball equipment (cones, medicine balls, elastic bands, tennis balls) that will help them to be challenged and get better. Kids will have a 15 min brake ( snack time ) at 10:30-10:45am.
11:55am-1:10pm Full court games / Lunch Time
Group 5-6 / Ages 12-15
Group 3-4 / Ages 10-12
Group 1-2 / Ages 7-9
*** groups are at lunch when not playing full court. This way the youngest group ( ages 7-9 ) are the first to have their lunch at 11:55am.
Parents please provide your kids with a Lunch box. We do not let kids share food. Each group will have a designated coach, that stays with them through out Lunch time.
Other "lunch rules" and basic summer camp instructions will be sent via email 1-2 weeks prior to camp start date.
1:20-2:45pm Half court Game Time!
This is the time when they use all their individual skills and apply them on the court during 1vs1, 2vs2 and 3vs3 games. They learn to play in different types of game situation and of course enjoy themselves and have fun. Smaller kids play more fun games and have shooting competitions.
There will be more 10 min brakes in this part of the day as all kids get tired.
